We recommend that you wear dark or colourful clothing for best results.

Allow 15 to 20 minutes and no appointment is necessary between the hours of 10:30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1.30pm Saturday.

We appreciate that most passports (not visas) are valid for 10 years and will endeavour to take a photo you are happy with, this may take from 3 to 12 shots, and we also invite you to view the images for selection. This of course, may take extra time.

For babies allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes and appointments are necessary after noon on Fridays and all day Saturdays. If your baby is unable to sit up we lay him/her down to take the photo, you may like to bring a plain white sheet or blanket to lay underneath.
